These powders are a little different to the others in our range.
They are not strength powders so you need to either put a thin layer of clear (strength powder) under them OR over them (cap) and you can use these as a full colour or for acrylic designs.
To make it easy we have incorporated a baseball cap on to the label of all the powders that need to be used this way, so they are easy to identify.
These are highly pigmented, a little goes a long way.
